One Drop | Experts is a mobile diabetes education and support program delivered entirely through the One Drop | Mobile app.
With One Drop | Experts, you get personalized diabetes support where ever you are, whenever you need it. One Drop | Experts are Certified Diabetes Educators who are always available to answer your questions, give you support, help you get back on track and celebrate your accomplishments. Your Expert will respond to messages within 24 hours - but usually a lot sooner!
What is One Drop | Experts: On Call?
One Drop | Experts: On Call is a completely personalized diabetes coaching program. Contact your Expert via in-app chat anytime you have questions, want feedback about your diabetes data, or just need some support. Your Expert will check-in with you every couple of weeks to see how you are doing and send you some helpful information about managing diabetes. You'll work closely with your Expert to:
- Get help with day-to-day diabetes management
- Get tips on healthy eating and exercise
- Review your data
- Ask questions, get support, or just say hi!
How long does the program last?
As long as you need! Your Expert is there for on-demand, ongoing support and guidance whenever you need it.
Who should sign up?
One Drop | Experts: On Call is perfect for anyone with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who has a good handle on their diabetes management but still wants some Expert support every once in a while. If you'd like to have an Expert who is available anytime to answer questions, bounce ideas off, or give you some extra support and encouragement in your diabetes management, One Drop | Experts: On Call is a great option for you.
