With One Drop | Experts, you get personalized diabetes support whereever you are, whenever you need it. One Drop Experts are Certified Diabetes Educators who are always available to answer your questions, give you support, help you get back on track and celebrate your accomplishments. Your Expert will respond to messages within 24 hours - but usually a lot sooner!
What is One Drop | Experts: Advanced Carb Counting?
One Drop | Experts: Advanced Carb Counting is an 8-week program designed to teach you all about food and diabetes so you can count carbs and manage diabetes with confidence. Whether you are brand new to carb counting or you're a pro who wants to up your carb counting game, this program will give you just what you need. Your Expert will guide you through the program, answer questions, and give you support, encouragement. You'll work closely with your Expert to:
- Master the fundamentals of carb counting
- Carb count challenging foods
- Demystify the glycemic index
- Carb count when eating out
- Navigate holidays, celebrations, and special occasions
- Overcome challenges and plan for long-term success
How long does the program last?
8 weeks. Once you've completed the 8-week program, you will still have access to your Expert for ongoing support and guidance if you subscribe to One Drop | Experts: On Track or One Drop | Experts: On Call.
