Refund Policy
If you need to return or replace your One Drop | Chrome (Starter Kit), just let us know. To receive a refund, the product must be unopened and unused, and it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept an opened or used One Drop | Chrome (Starter Kit), as used items are considered a biohazard.
Refunds will be processed to the original credit card and currency within 48 hours.
If any of your products become defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will gladly replace them at no cost.
